Large file copies

OK, when ever I do a file copy from one hard drive to the
other (I have two) or try to write to my DVD+RW drive with
over 1 GB or so of data, I receive an Invalid Page Fault.
This started happening after I added a secondary hard
drive to the machine. Anyone have any ideas? I am
thinking it could be bad RAM, or maybe the Virtual Memory
paging file is screwed up. If anyone has seen this before
then please let me know what can be done. Thanks
