I have an HP lap top, my daughter played yesterday with the power
button. today I can't get the window to start.
here is the situation, my daughter kept on pressing the power button and then
the computer shut down, I turn on my laptop I get the HP logo then it
transfer to a black screen massage that said; window did not start
successfully recent hardware or software change might have caused this
it list a few options to fix the problem like choose last known good
configuration to revert the most recent setting that worked. I tried all of
the
options like safe mode and starting window normally, but the result is always
the same the windowXP start to load and goes back to same black window as
before. I also tried to press F12 when the hp logo came one to do network
service reboot but I get media test failure. and it goes back to where I
started
