Laptop (loaded with XP) won't boot

I had loaded XP on my IBM Laptop 600E few months ago.
It ran ok...but a month back, the laptop stopped to boot
up. Rather it will beep twice and take me to the "Test
window" which says "Error 08611". This happens
immediately after the "RAM" calculation's completion.

Does anyone know what's going wrong here? Is it XP or any
other hardware problem ?

I would appreciate if you could provide any
suggestions/tips to narrow down the problem.

Cheers,
Raj
