Language settings

Hello,



When I want to answer on an email in a different language (my language is
Dutch).

Then it is impossible to change the language settings in the menu to that
Language because the menu item is not in the menu. If I write a new email
the item is in the menu and everything works like it should.



I work with outlook 2003 sp3 on windows XP-Pro

Language settings in the menu - where? I use email in different
languages, and I never need to change any settings (except for Japanese,
then I must change the encoding to Japanese JIS or Unicode).
