Why my receipt language is wrong

Hello

When I set email as: check:request a delivery receipt, then receipt email
was sent to me. But the language is wrong. show some chinese on it.

I checked the outlook language is set as English and my PC's Reginal
location is US too. Our exchange server is in Microsoft. absolutly English.

Can you help find where to set this language?

The language of it is determined by the language settings of the receiver's
mail client and mail server.
