Selecting a different language in Regional Options does *not* change the
language for the various menu items. It only affects the keyboard so that
you can enter non-English characters such as äöüåéèâç.

Hi,

i know that, but there is also an option where you can change the language
in the menu's and so on, but it is not working/translated right/finished

I don't think you understand it.

In any version of Windows XP Professional, you can display [show; read],
input [type], edit, and print *documents* [emphasis added] in hundreds of
languages.

Nothing on above page suggests that you can use Regional and Language
Support to change the default language "in the menu's [sic] and so on." If
you want "menu's and so on" to be displayed in, e.g., Norwegian, you'll have
to install a Norwegian-language version of Windows XP.

Now, if you were running Vista Ultimate or Enterprise, things would be
different.
