I'm using Windows XP Professional which came pre-installed with the laptop I've got when it was purchased.
I want to view a Chinese website and this requires a Chinese language pack to be installed. When I click 'Install', a dialogue appears and it says "The file 'cplexe.exe' on Windows Professional Service Pack 1 CD is needed.
The laptop did not come with any Windows XP installation CD and I could not find the above required file anywhere in my laptop. I couldn't install the language pack. Where and how can I get hold of the file 'cplexe.exe'
In the first place, I thought Windows XP supports multi-languages?
