Adding Eastern Asian language

I bot a new Gateway lap top with XP Pro. I tried to add Japanese and Chinese languages. It asked me to insert my XP Pro Service Pack 1 disk, but the lap top came with XP Pro SRCD SP1A disk. I inserted the latter and it said it could not fine cplexe.exe file in d:\i386\lang. Talking to Gateway support was no help. They asked me to buy a new XP Pro disk to install. I can not find Service Pack 1 download at Window site, but SP1A which is what I have. Where do I go from here. Please assist.
