Language Changed

I have a customer who has somehow changed their language to something else
and is unable to login to their machine because when they try typing their
password to get in it comes up with different characters. Is there anyway to
default this back to English by some sort of key stroke? Since he can't get
to the desktop it kind of hard. Anyhelp would be appreciated.

Try checkin out in safe mode.

when ur computer starts immediately hit F8 and keep on tapping it until u
see the screen Windows Advanced boot options.
In this screen choose Safe mode.
Boot into desktop using the administrator account.

If u r successful, then get into Control panel -> Regional and language
options and change the Language back to English.
