Greetings,
I assume I have a Hebrew version of windows XP Pro since it came
preinstalled with the IBM computer I bought in Israel.
Upon password protecting my XP user profile (default admin), the
password prompt displays "he" next to it indicating that XP is
expecting the password in Hebrew.
Unfortunately, I created my password in English so any attempt to login
fails unless I first toggle the language with the alt-shift key combo.
Another work around is to simply login to a non-password protected user
profile and then "switch users". After doing that, the "he" disappears
as the default login language and is automatically replaced by "en" as
the default. Hence, I can successfully login without toggling. Even
more bizaare is the fact that Hebrew totally disappears from the list
of toggling languages using alt-shift and is replaced by alternating
english and arabic.
How can i ensure that English is always the default login language when
I start my PC for all users and in all scenarios?
Thanks
