Somehow, I managed to inadvertently change my I.E. language from English to
Spanish, and can't get it changed back. I tried using the
Tools/General/Language fix but it did not work.

Are you running IE6, IE7, or (heaven forbid) IE8 Beta 2?

Are you running an English-language or a Spanish-language version of WinXP?
Are you running WinXP SP2 or WinXP SP3?
