Language Bar

All of a sudden, the little EN or ES has disapeared from my task bar. I have
gone to regional and languages options/languages/details/preferences and
under preferences, the "language bar" is greyed out. I have two languages on
my keyboard, English EN and Spanish ES.

Never mind, I figured it out.

At that page, take the Advanced tab, and make sure that 'Turn off
Advanced Text Services' is *not* checked
