language bar dissapeared from task bar

I have been using the language bar for long time and never had any problems
until yesterday when I upgraded the computer with IE 7. The language bar is
gone from the task bar. When I go to Control Panel/regional and language
options/Languages/Details, the option for it is grayed out.

Please help me. I constantly have to be changing the keyboard from writing
in English to Spanish, and it was very convenient for me switch languages
from there.

Issues related to IE7 should be asked in the Internet Explorer newsgroup.
There are quite a few posts there so peruse them for something on topic
before posting a new message.

Thank you for the info. I read the article you mentioned below and did
everything they said. The language bar still doesn't work. The settings are
grayed out. I am going to have to call Microsoft for help. Thank you again
