Language Bar

How can I make the Language bar stay hidden? I have unchecked Language bar
in the Tool Bar menu and then locked the Task bar. The nest time I boot,
it's back. I disabled it once from Office and it stayed away for some time,
now it's back.

Click on the Language Bar arrow and select Settings. Select Language Bar.
