For some requirements, you may find it easier to invest in a
3rd-party solution, such as NetNanny or CyberPatrol.

You need to be aware, however, that *NO* technical or software
solution is fool-proof, and _none_ can ever adequately take the place of
live parental supervision. If you cannot trust your children to
safely/properly use the computer without supervision, you may have to
consider limiting their access to it.

LOL! Parental Supervision.

How did your parents stop you from watching TV when they wanted you to
go to bed? Did they rely on technology to get you to listen and respect
them?

Using technological controls to limit you brats actions, won't teach
them to respect you, just the opposite!

Yes, I agree! But the question isn't what are they doing. It's How much time
they are spending with this! I just can't stay with then all day time to
control this aspect. I do not want fat kids who never play other kids jokes.

Certainly is inconvenient disciplining children to follow your instructions
while you're not present. There's skinny children hungup on the internet as
well. At least you're attempting to deal with one aspect.
