Keyboard/Standby error

I cannot use Standby. When I clik on Standby through the
Start button, i get the following error message:
"The device driver for the "Standard 101/102 Key or MS
Natural PS/2 Keyboard device is preventing the machine
from entering standby. If the problem persists, you may
need to update the driver."
This problem started when I loaded in the XP driver for a
Trust Multimedia Keyboard. I have contacted Trust, but
they can't help me. I guess I need to reload the driver
for the keyboard, but don't quite understand how to do
that, since I delete it, and then when I reboot the
machine, it automatically finds the driver and reloads it.
The error still exists.

You need to restore system from a previous point before the installation of
that driver, go to Start --> Programs --> Accesories --> System Tools -->
System Restore. Choose the closer previous point.

Are you saying that the Website for Trust does not have an XP-compatible
driver for your keyboard?

No, the website for Trust DOES have an XP-compatible
driver. i think the problem is that I don't know how to
get the Trust driver to unload and return back to the
original XP driver. I tried doing a rollback, but it won't
work. Even though I have removed the Trust program through
the Add/Remove Programs process, the multimedia keys on
the keyboard still work, except the Suspend/Standby
button. However, even when I go to Start/Standby, I get
the same error message.
