keyboard problem

I wonder if anyone can please help.

A few weeks back I noticed a problem with my keyboard with typed letters not
appearing or getting a whole string of the same letter. This happens with
the delete and backspace key also.

First task was to change the batteries in my (cordless keyboard)
No, that didn't do it.

Next was to change my keyboard and mouse.
Still the same problem.

The alternative keyboard and mouse radio unit, (yes, another cordless type)
plugs into a usb port instead of having a connector and pluging into the ps2
type port at the back.

I have still got the same problem which is intermittent but I do need to
cure this.

Any ideas please?

Try moving the keyboard right next to the transceiver and see if that
helps. The next step would be to reconnect the transceiver and
keyboard.

If that doesn't work, call the manufacturer.
