keyboard keys will not respond after startup

Hi all,

After I start up my Compaq presario notebook with windows
XP home, the keyboard will not respond when I try to use
it. It will only work after I press the right "shift key"
and hold it till I hear a double click from the speaker.

Works fine in safe mode

Any ideas?

It's okay, I just got this sorted. Some a..hole ran the
sticky keys feature.

Interesting enough how you did found it.
Sounds like FilterKeys are enabled. Read Help how to disable it.
