Keyboard Combination

Is there a keyboard combination I can press to go back to the beginning of
the next line? I'm using Access 2007 and when I have a lot of database
updates to make, I just want an easy way to go back to the beginning of the
next line. The enter key just takes me to the next cell.

Let's talk database. That would be the first field of the prior record
as displayed.

Are you using a form or are you trying to do this in a table? If a form
are you in datasheet view? Do you need to be in Datasheet view?

I'm in datasheet view in the table (not a form) . . . and I'm looking
to go to the first field of the next record.

I would suggest going with a form for data entry. There are a number of
funny things that can happen when you try to work on data in the table
directly. Consider the table as a place to store data and the field
definitions in no specific order.
