KERNEL32.DLL, OLE32.DLL, USER.EXE Error Messages

I keep getting error messages at random times that say...

"Explorer has caused an error in OLE32.DLL. Explorer will
now close."

"Explorer has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL. Explorer
will now close."

&

"Explorer has caused an error in USER.EXE. Explorer will
now close."

I've got the latest version of IE running. I've
reinstalled ME. I have NAV Corporate Edition running with
updated definitions. I don't know what else to do

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I hate to tell you this but back in June I had the same

proble an it was a virus that caused it. I believe it was
a worm. I had to do a clean reinstalled to get rid of it.
I don't know if you have done that. It would be best for
you to get windows me upgraded to XP if you can. That
helped me. Make sure that you back up all your data that
is important to you before you decide to do a clean
reinstalled or a clean upgrade to XP.
