Keeps resending emails

A email to many recipients with an attachment appears to being resent by
Outlook. Message does not appear in outbook but recipients are receiving same
email 100 times.
 
I am receiving the same e-mail a 100 times a day. The e-mail is not coming
from the web but somehow being generated by Outlook either by corruption or
virus. Any Ideas?
