Continuously resending email

When I email out with an attachment, my outlook has started continuously
resending the email. It puts it in my outbox and sends it. It is recieved,
but outlook leaves it in my outbox and then it keeps getting resent. The
receiver keeps getting the same email until I delete it from my outbox. Does
anyone know why this is happening or how to stop it??

Disable AV integration with Outlook and check your firewall rules.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
