Keeping Public Folders in "All Mail Folder" heirarchy

Have a customer running SBS2003 using Outlook 2003 Mail client.
Customer is using the Exchange Server feature of SBS - all mail is held at
the server.

Customer wants to have the Public Folders always display in the "All Mail
Folders" list -- they do not want to use "Favorite Folders" list.

When in the office on their PC, if they want to see the public folders, they
must use Menu Bar to Go, Folders, Choose Public Folders. For as long as
Outlook remains open, the Public Folders are listed in the "All Mail Folders"
list on the Navigation Pane.

If user exits Outlook, then restarts Outlook, Public Folders are no longer
listed in the "All Mail Folders" list -- they must re-add them.

OWA always shows the public folders.

Anyway to make sure that Public Folders stay on "All Mail Folders" list?

Thanks.

Thanks. I totally missed that, even though I have one of my personal PCs set
up that way. Thanks for knocking the cobwebs loose.

No, use the Folder List Navigation instead.
