KEEP MESSAGES ON SERVER???

I have Mircosoft Outlook 2003 on my home and work computer. I have tried
going to tools >email accounts>view or change>change>more settings> advanced
to click the box to leave a copy on the server....only i run into a problem
when i get there...that option isn't there. We use an exchange server for my
work email and i have my personal email downloaded to my computer as well
(POP3). I don't have a problem with the personal emal being downloaded, but
i need my work email to stay on the server so i can access from home and
work. I have to access my work outlook thru a VPN because i need certain
options that aren't available when i use the webmail version...i have looked
everywhere for this setting but i can't find it...someone please help me
