Keep loosing my printers

I am running a windows 2000 server SP4 and i am loosing my
printers. Its weird because if i go into the printers
folder, all i have is add printer, then if i hit f5 to
refresh, i see the printers again...but a few seconds
later with a f5, i loose them again. I checked the
spooler, restarted it a few times and only helps for a few
seconds and i loose my printers...why o why is the server
keep loosing its printers...sometimes they are there..some
other they are not..any ideas???

To add to this:

If i have my services window open with my printers window,
i can watch the service die, i open my printers folder,
see the printers, close the folder and the service dies at
that point...any ideas?

Is your spooler crashing at any time? Have you tried
replacing any third party drivers that you have installed
on your terminal server, since many third party drivers
can cause your spooler to exhibit odd behavior.
