Keep getting Not Responding on about everywhere i go

I have a Dell D-500 Latitude, and ever since i got a virus
(mspn32.exe) i started getting a site not responding. I
couldn't do anything after a while so i reformatted my
hard drive thinking i could cure the problem, but i
havn't, and i also cannot download anything like
diagnostics (HiJackThis) to help me out. Does anyone have
any answers, or is my problem more deep rooted than i
think? I have not been a user very long so i am totally at
a loss of what to do about this. I would appreciate any
help that i can get......Thanks..............Gary
 
Try getting support from your antivirus company or Dell. Viruses are not
nice things.
