Keep getting "no Frontpage Server Extensions installed" message

Help! I recently switched to a new computer and I'm having problems
publishing changes to my existing site.

I published my site from the server to my new computer's hard drive, using
FP 2002 (the same version I had used on my old computer and the same one I
used to create the site.) Everything looked fine and I made some changes and
updates.

When I went to re-publish my changes back to the server, it goes through the
motions of transferring all the changes but then at the end I get a message
saying the host server needs to install FrontPage Server Extensions.

So I checked the host's CPanel and it shows FP extensions are installed. I
even un-installed and then re-installed them, with no luck. I still get the
same message when I try to publish.

Any suggestions? Am I doing something wrong on my end, or is this something
my webhost has to fix?

If you're getting that message when you are trying to publish TO your server
then it's something the host has to fix.

Can you open the web "live" on the server?
