KB925902 data execution problem

KB925902 data execution problem
after i install KB925902 (three times) and the pc has started.
i can't open any folders or programs without an error message saying.
data execution is preventing this action.
if i click help or close, explorer crashes and reloads.
this problem continues in safe mode under my own login unless i use
administrater to unistall KB925902.
i have scanned for viruses and spyware and found no other problems.

After reading of the many problems with this KB, I decided not to
install it. Since you have, and are having trouble, try rolling
back your system to the RP created before the KB install. In
future, set your own RP whether the Windows updater does nor not,
you're much safer should something go wrong. And, lurk in these
support NGs for a day or two before installing these things, as
they occasionally have bugs and cause other unrelated parts of your
system to fail.
