KB827825 Problem

G

Guest

I have the problem described in KB 827825. Upon installing Autocad 2004, I am unable to install any more software. I have an instance of MSIEXEC.EXE in my processes that cannot be ended and will not leave even upon restart.

From Event Viewer:
Windows cannot unload your registry class file. If you have a roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator.

DETAIL Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)).

KB article noted above states there is a hotfix, how can I obtain it, it is not linked to the article?

Hi,

Hotfixes are free of charge but you must call Microsoft Support to obtain them.

Hope this helps,
Gary
