Event error - which update??

I have a w2k sp4 server and I keep getting the following event error

"Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a roaming profile,
your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator. DETAIL - Access
is denied. , Build number ((2195))"

I heard it is a bug in sp4 and that Microsoft have released a fix for this
but its not on the windows update as of yet.

I did a bit of searching and it turns out there are lots of different fixes
for this one event error. I seem to be having printing issues and term
services connection issues associated with this too. Will the following fix
be ok for windows 2000 server even though it doesn't mention it?

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;827825

I'm very confused as to which updatge I should be applying ot the server?

There's only one hotfix listed (you will need to call MS PSS for it - they
shouldn't charge you for the call if all you need is the hotfix; mention the
KB number).

It applies to:
Microsoft Windows 2000 Enterprise Edition
Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional Edition
Microsoft Windows 2000 Enterprise Edition

(note bizarre duplication....)
Are you experiencing the exact symptoms? As in, seeing this error message
when you log in/out of a TS session on your server? What version of Windows
2000 Server do you use?
