Help!! I need a patch

I am receiving an error:
"Windows cannot unload your registry class file. If you
have a roaming profile, your settings are not replicated.
Contact your administrator. DETAIL Access is denied. ,
Build number ((2195))"
Microsoft sayes I need a patch but does not provide this
patch easily.

Does anyone know where I can get this patch????

Terminal Services

As the article states, you need to call Microsoft Product Support Services to
obtain it (outside the US, customers should contact their local Microsoft
subsidiary.). The support call will be be free as long as you refer to the
Knowledge Base Article number and ask for nothing more.
