Hello:

OK, so I decided to replace Norton with Kaspersky despite who many things
need to be worked over.

I sent a message to Kaspersky to download the free trial.

Kaspersky reponded with an email, the first line of which reads:

"Thank you for requesting your free 30-day trial. Click here to download and
get started."

I have clicked every word, especially "here", but nothing happens. There
doesn't seem to be a link associated with any of the words or with the
entire line.

This experience is not good.

Is it possible you eamil application stripped the hypertext ?

Have you looked at a raw view (Full Headers & Body) of the email to see if there is a
specific download location generated from your providing your email address ?

Yes, that is what happened. Viewing the message in html discloses the
missing link...
