JVC GR-DX95U WMM Wont capure

I have Windows XP SP22 my PC has a 1394 port, and it has IEEE 1394 Bus Host
Controller, I connect the firewire and The windows Movie maker reconizes my
camera in the DV Device area as "AVC complaint DV device. The MM will start
and rewind the camera, but it shows no capture preview, the video capture
size does not move?? I've read on the internet that JVC Digital DV's wont
work?? Theres got to be a fix.
I worte JVC today!!
Note: I first installed the USB JVC drivers per the JVC manual and that
would not capture either with the MM or the JVC Image mixer that came with
the camera.

PS: I connected the fire wire again and was able to capture the video in the
"Best quality for play back on my computer button" It wount work on the
Digital Device Format DV-AVI button. Can I burn to DVDs with the image
captured on the Best for my computer format????
