Just installed a 32-bit Phillips sound card

I just installed this and my volume is low. I can hear
the sounds but the volume is very low even when I have
the main and wave volume all the way up. Is there
something I'm missing? Did I install correctly? If anyone
know or have any idea what could be wrong, please let me
know. Thanks in advance.

Open Control Panel, open sounds and audio devices, click Advanced in the
Device Volume Section, make sure nothing is muted and make sure the volume
slider is set to half way or above. Sometimes, installing the drivers for
these cards will move the volume slider to the bottom. NOTE: Don't go too
much above midlevel, experiment to see what is most comfortable. Setting
the volume too high can cause distortion.
