Last I knew Outlook Express didn't have a junk mail filtering option, unless
you add a sender to your Blocked Senders list.
They were referring to basically any spam filtering you may have going on.
If you don't run any anti-spam software on your computer, you may want to
contact your ISP and tell them:
- What email address the message was sent from.
- What day it was sent and if possible an approximate time.
Most providers can look at their logs and at least see if they received a
message--or an attempt to deliver a message--using this information.
