Junk mail not transferring from POP mail account

Hi, I'm having a problem with Outlook not receiving the junk mail from my POP mail account. It shows up in the POP junk mail folder but isn't transferred to Outlook. I'm thinking maybe the problem is that the POP account is set not to send on the junk to Outlook. Is this the case? or is it a problem with Outlook itself?

Either way, how do I fix it?
