Hello

We have installed Outlook 2002 on 500 PCs in an active directory domain.
Now, we have to configure and start the junk mail filter in such way, that
the incomming junk mail are moved to the junk mail folder.

Is it possible to configure and start the junk mail filter from a central
point (active directory, script, ...)? With GPO, I can only activate or
deactivate the junk mail option, but not configure or start them.

Thank you for your support.
Chris

The junk mail filtering in Outlook 2002 is hardly worth bothering with, IMO, since it depends totally on static lists (Junk Senders.txt and Adult Senders.txt) that can't possibly keep up with the current onslaught.

You'd be better served by installing Outlook 2003 or a separate spam filter application on at least the server.
