Outlook 2007 Junk Mail Filter Defaults

The Outlook 2007 Junk Mail filter tries to protect me by disabling
links and HTML content.

So to review a junk mail, I have first to move it to the in-box.

Is there an easy way to turn this provision off, so that items in the
junk mail folder would by default appear in their normal state?
