junk mail being sent w/ my address

I have been getting undeliverable junk mail that was sent
using (someone elses name)@ my (e-mail address removed)

Is there any way to stop this?

Nope... Sorry. It's not uncommon, and there's nothing you can
realistically do.

Change your address and don't forward mail to it from the old one.
