Junk Filter not working for IMAP

Outlook 2003 is not catching junk mail from my UNC imap
email account. I have tried different settings and
blocking lists, and I just can't get it to work. Can
anyone help me with this?

are you downloading the full messages or just headers? It only works on full
messages.
