Outlook Junk E-mail filter not working

I have Outlook 2003 configured for an exchange server to use RPC over HTTP
and 4 IMAP accounts. Before I applied Office 2003 SP2 my Junk E-mail filtered
worked ok. Now the filter only works on the Exchange server. I tried deleting
the IMAP accounts and recreating them. Which did not work. I've done detect
and repair and it still doesn't work. I installed Outlook Spy and noticed on
my Exchange Server there is an Junk E-Mail Rule. But not on any of my IMAP
accounts. Is there a way to reset my IMAP folders or copy the Junk E-Mail
Rule to my IMAP accounts. I get over 500 spams in each account and it is a
pain in the butt.

I don't think IMAP mail goes through the Rules Wizard or Junk mail rules but
I could be wrong

I know that Rules Wizard works because I've had e-mail rules working on the
account. They still work half the time.
