Junk E-mail Folder Keeps Disappearing

Small Business Server 2003

There are about 15 users here and only onf of the users is having an issue
that the junk e-mail folder disappears at random. The filtering of junk mail
was enable through OWA. The folder returns the moment you login to OWA -
when I check the junk mail filtering through OWA it shows it checked which I
guess is why the folder returns the moment you login. Does anyone have any
suggestions or answers to this issue?
