Why are e-mails sent to deactivated Junk E-mail Folder?

I am using Outlook 2003 with the Junk E-mail Folder deactivated with a red
circle through it and yet important e-mails are still sent to the Junk
Folder. I've also turned off the Junk Folder in Option in OWA. Is there a
way to completely turn off the Junk E-mail Folder?

There is no such thing ad a "deactivated" Junk E-mali folder. The icon you
see if the normal icon for the Junk E-mail folder and doesn't signify that
it is "deactivated". To disable the Junk E-mail filter in Outlook 2003,
click Actions>Junk E-mail>Junk E-mail Options and select "No Automatic
Filtering". The Junk E-mail filter will still obey the Blocked Senders list
even with that setting, however.
