jumpy screen

screen or cursor jumping up and down in a vertical manner....annoying....the
mouse is stationary
 
I haven't seen that bug. How can I repro it?

Its very reproducible. Maybe it requires a threshold number of messages.

replying to my own problem....changed back to the mouse provided with HP
computer....hopefully, the issue is resolved...will keep you posted! Hurrah!
