Jumpy graphics

I have another problem since restoring windows xp home.....

The display is very 'jumpy'. Scrolling on webpages and moving webpage
are all affected. Why could this be? The graphics card is an AT
Mobility Radeon 9000 IGP apparantly if this helps.

Hope someone knows! Thanks load
 
Have you downloaded and installed the ATI video card driver from their web
site after restoring XP, if not do so.
