whats a better graphics card for laptops?

hi, i was wondering which graphics card is better inside a laptop they are both made by ati, is it the
ATI® MOBILITY™ RADEON™ 9000 IGP, 128 MB shared video memory or the
256MB ATI Mobility Radeon(TM) X600

The 256mb ATI X600 is the better graphics card....The ATI 9000 IGP Isn't even Direct X9 compatible and uses shared memory so you would only be left with around 60-70bm of Ram after all the resources are being used depending on how much physical Ram the Laptop has Installed....
