JPG to POT

I have a picture which is is a JPG file .. I want to use it
for the background of a powerpoint presentation.

How do I do it ? If I can.

Right click your slide, select "Background" and then from the drop dpwn
meneu select Fill Effects and then click the Picture tab. Select the image
you want.

What Austin said, AND...

If you want to save this as a *.pot (template), you will want to click
"View", "Master", "Slide Master" and insert the image here instead of on a
slide. That way every time you use this template design and create a new
slide the background will be there.
