JPG Pictures in IE

A friend asked me if there was anyway to use IE to view
multiple pictures in a single window of IE the same way
that thumbnails are shown in a Windows folder.

Is anyone sure if this is a possibility?

I am not sure exactly what his system setup is, but I know
he is using Windows 2000 and most likely IE6.0

Only with 3rd software....not IE.....sorry
