I have a serious problem with viewing my jpegs. I recently reinstalled XP pro
as a dual boot config and now I can't view most of the photos I have on a
backup drive from either boot. New photos were viewable but soon becomes
unviewable. Neither the Windows picture & Fax viewer nor Photoshop, or any
photo app can view my photos. I can only see the photo info, in some cases
even the thumbnail view, but preview is unavailable.
can someone please help, I have thousands of pics (which 98% are backed up
to dvd), but if I put them on the PC will they become corrupted?
