joining windows 2000 server from one domain to other domain with I

If I join windows 2000 server running IIS as a web server from one domain to
other domain, any impact on web sites running on that IIS?
 
The important factor is whether the DNS is able to resolve this web server.

In your case this server will be moved from old domain to a new domain thus
it will inherit the new domain suffix. Not sure whether your 2 domains are
hosted under the same DNS machine? If not just make sure the DNS server
hosting the zone for the server in new domain is resolvable.
